WHAT IS YOUR ROLE (In The Final Acts on the Global Stage Being Set)?

Anyone involved with stage theater knows that when props and background scenery are being built, costumes being designed, actors standing with scripts in hand, reciting their lines one to another, that a play is in production.
It's all preparation for opening night; the curtain goes up before a full auditorium, watching as the story unfolds. Shakespeare said it once, "All the world’s a stage, and its people, merely players."

Just as each member of a play has a role that comprises of a character, costume, and script lines, so do we all in real life, but we’re not acting (right??)! Our character reveals who we really are, and it’s really known in times of crisis! We’re either on the side of good, or the side of evil; either children of GOD or children of the devil – there are no orphans.

We Christians are increasingly apprehensive about how things are developing; especially here in America a once free nation based on the Judeo-Christian ethic. No more it seems . . . something called Cultural Marxism has crept into our Universities, different national organizations, and associations as well as major corporations ever since 1933 (Six years before the commencement of WW II). 

We’ve been witnessing the tell-tale signs through BLM of Marxism in action with looting, rioting, burning, stealing, assault and battery and a cry for revolution, the tearing down of the Constitution (my co-writer for TTUF, Anne Kisly is preparing a series on Marxism and all that this entails for our nation and the world; find the first article here). 

It’s because of these and other developments I’ll talk about, that I want to ask all of us who love the LORD Jesus and His written Word: What role will we take in these final days before His return? Or perhaps more appropriately – What role has our Sacred Stage Director, GOD, given to us to play? What are your lines in the Script GOD has written for us?

We’re in the last days prior to His return – prophecy is abundantly clear. His holy, nail scarred feet won't be touching down on the Mount of Olives (ACTS 1:11) in a glorious return to save Israel from her enemies (ISA 63:1-4; 2 THESS 1:8; REV 19:19) until there is an apostasy (a falling away from the faith) and the son of perdition is revealed (2 THESS 2:3) then rules the planet, and then the LORD will destroy the Beast with “the brightness of His coming” (2 THESS 2:8)! Yet the time when He will snatch His church out of this world to join Him in the clouds (1 THESS 4:16-18; 1 COR 15:51-53), and then onto Heaven's glorious shores could be any moment of any day now. As I’m fond of saying, “We might not finish this teaching”. 

But as we look on the world stage, many 'props' are being positioned for their prophetic role. Let's have a look at just a few of these 'props':
There is of course, first and foremost, the cornerstone of Last Days prophecy:
ISRAEL - reborn after nearly two thousand years in exile; an unprecedented event in all history (May of 1948; ISA 11:11); we’ve seen the Holy City of Jerusalem restored under Israeli rule (REV 11:3-8; 1967).

The Jews will rebuild their Temple - the apostles John, Paul as well as our LORD Jesus Christ have said so (MATT 24:15; 2 THESS 2:4; REV 11:1-2). This temple will be desecrated by the Beast. All of these props are in place with the Temple ready for rebuilding at any time.

Another 'prop' is RUSSIA and the many Islamic allies that are joined with the Great Bear in their desire to wipe out Israel. From the tribe of Rus from which came the Scythians, along with Magog – We’ve known the USSR for most of our lives, but the Bible narrows the view down to Russia, which is now the major player instead of the former USSR.

Islamic nations have long been attacking Israel with Soviet technology but with abject failure. We see these nations rallying together again in proximity to Israel and prepared to go down "into the land of unwalled villages" to "take a spoil" as mentioned in EZEK 38 in the famous battle of Magog. 

After the dismantling of the Soviet Union, the southern border of Russia is dominated by Muslim nations like Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and others.

Regardless of these however, the one nation that stands as Magog's chief ally on the list mentioned in EZEK 38 is Persia - or in today's world, known as Iran. Strangely enough, Israel's ancient enemies, Egypt and Babylon (today known as Iraq) are absent from this prophetic list of allies. 

As affordable oil reserves are running low, especially in Russia, a primary supplier of the EU, the search for more oil is leading Israel's enemies to examine what this tiny nation is discovering in her own native land: oil and not in small quantity: more like 1.5 billion barrels worth, possibly much more! Not to mention a wealth of natural gas! And mineral wealth found in the Dead Sea valued at $4B! 

Russia and such allies mentioned in Ezekiel could form a coalition of sorts (similar to that of Desert Storm in '91 in 'saving' Kuwait from Iraq) to invade Israel and ‘stabilize this highly unstable region (thanks to Islamic terrorism)’ but with ulterior motive altogether of wiping the Jewish State off the map. All of these props are in place.

Another huge prop is the European Union, this confederation formed into a singular State with increasing power flowing upwards into the hands of the few, where the common people have considerably less to say. 

The power elite have continued in gaining more power, but we’re now seeing the EU begin to crumble, economies failing, and countries like Great Britain pulling out. Currently there is a search for a bigger plan that will take the form of the M.U. or Mediterranean Union; as well as that, a single leader to guide this massive entity that will incorporate Western and Eastern Europe, parts of the Middle East (including Israel!) and the northern countries of Africa).

Long recognized by prophecy scholars and authorities as the 'reformed Roman Empire' spoken of in the Scriptures (DAN 2:40-43; 7:7-8), this union is the model for other supra-national conglomerates the world over as seen in Asia, Africa, South America, and other 'regional unions'. It's been the goal of 'the Globalists' to regionalize the world until every nation has lost its independent sovereignty and belongs to a Union of Socialist Rule . Once this is accomplished, it would only be a matter of linking these Unions together across the globe to form a One World Government. This is being called . . .

What will propel and motivate people into accepting these Unions? Perhaps an ‘mock alien invasion’?  Or a total global economic melt-down, caused in part by COVID-19 and the global lock-down which we’ve been seeing now (a virus we now know is more or less as deadly as the common flu); huge companies declaring bankruptcy, small and medium sized businesses evaporating, and more to come! Other nations (including China, pouring 20 billion yen into their economy just as the USA is doing with these so-called stimulus checks) are teetering on the brink of national collapse. 

Nations across the globe are turning away the US dollar, and as this continues, this country’s economic leverage will weaken and eventually collapse.

What I find especially interesting is that in Daniel Chapter Seven we see the ten horns (representing ten kings) first and then afterwards we see the little horn (the anti-Christ) arise and replace three of those horns/kings.

As I understand Scripture, the church of Jesus Christ will vacate planet Earth prior to the revealing of the Beast - but there is nothing in Scripture that states we won't be here to witness a one world government, established prior to the rising up of the little horn!

This expands our target date of the rapture from any time now, into the time of a one world government. So if we witness a one world government established, it does NOT mean we’ll be in the tribulation period. But these props are quickly being built and set in place.

Also a one world religion is in view (REV 17 and REV 18), with the century-old promotion of the New Age Movement; a major proponent in developing a philosophy and perspective agreeable to unification of major religions through dialogue as well as mystical meditation in its many forms .

Spearheading this one world religion is the Roman Catholic Church which is vying for the incontestable leadership.

(We don’t have time to get into any details but we have discussed this in great detail on TTUF (www.thetruthunderfire.com) The Roman Catholic Church: It's Dogmas and Destiny and Scripture speaks abundantly of this spiritual mutation as the 'mustard tree', the 'leavened lump', the apostasy and the whore of Babylon. Many have stated, like H.G. Wells (Fabian Socialist and author of such non-fiction books as The New World Order  (pub. 1940) and The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution (pub. 1928) that the one world government will be revealed through and empowered by a one world religion. 

Once solid Bible teachers, pastors and leaders are compromising "the faith once delivered unto the saints" (JUDE 1:3) and rather than exposing the leaven of false doctrine of Universalism, Globalism, Socialism, etc. they are endorsing it, calling anyone in their flock that oppose them "unloving, judgmental, narrow minded, even unbiblical" etc.

The props of this global religion are likewise being built with breath taking swiftness and set into place.

There are more 'props' that deal with global economy, martial law, internment camps, the isolation, demarcation and potential persecution of biblical Christians via hate crime laws, and still others that we have no time to discuss.

I have but one question for us, the saints of the living God:

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE IN THESE LAST DAYS? This is the hour of darkness and of "perilous times" (2 TIM 3:1); such signs of the times as increased earthquakes, plagues such as locusts consuming landscapes that span multiple nations in Africa, the Middle East and into India; viruses on the way that will pose a real potential threat, civil instability with increased tension between ethnic groups (“nation against nation”); world famine growing faster than charity organizations can bring help; all the signs listed in MATT 24 increasing just as it indicates in vs.8.

The ROLE that I am convinced that our LORD desires for us, to boldly and fearlessly stand for righteousness and truth; declaring without consideration of the consequences, the Holy Word of Truth and the Gospel of Jesus Christ which alone can save souls!

PSALM 27:1
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? See also ISA 51:11-13

PSALM 37:1-3,7
Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 7 Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked [plans] to pass.

The LORD tells us, as He said to Joshua. "Fear not, neither be dismayed" (JOSH 8:1) and as He said again, underlining it, through the prophet Isaiah:

ISAIAH 41:9-11
9 Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away. 10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. 11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

Rather than fear, let us express faith in the LORD Jesus Christ and trust Him for the empowerment we’ll need from the Holy Spirit to not recoil but receive - even embrace the opportunities that lie just ahead, wherein we shall be heard loud and clear on the world stage by such an anti-Christ audience that will surely seek to persecute and hate us powerfully, even to the point of martyrdom. It’s been said,

“We may not all be martyrs, but we should all have a martyr’s heart.” In the privacy of our own hearts, let’s ask: are we willing to die for the LORD Jesus Christ’s sake if it comes to it?

We are commanded militant behavior in our conduct of war against the kingdom of darkness (EPH 6:10-18) but where human souls are concerned, we are ambassadors on an errand of mercy and peace (2 COR 5:20-21); thus WAR and PEACE is our mission from the throne of our LORD!

In the light of biblical prophecy, some are responding to these fearful events, whether you're talking about natural disasters, or economic, civil, or political ones with fear and apprehension, but how is the church of Jesus Christ to respond to these things that are transpiring in these biblical "last days"?

Those who are reading their Bibles and obeying what our LORD told us to do... "Watch and pray" “be holy” “preach the Gospel” - these events are not a terror for those who are ready for Him . . . but for those who are not? Or even those rejecting Jesus Christ? . . .

What ROLE WILL WE 'PLAY' ON THIS GLOBAL STAGE in its final acts prior to the LORD's RETURN? 

Just as Nazi Germany and other regimes that centered around governmental control over their respective populations have slowly eroded the freedoms of the citizenry so too we are seeing this occur here in our modern world, and certainly no less in the USA - the land of the once free, home of the used-to-be brave. An article entitled:
AMERICANS BEING STRIPPED OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. Another related article: 10 reasons the U.S. is no longer the land of the free 

"This separation of government from people, this widening of the gap, took place so gradually and so insensibly, each step disguised as a temporary emergency measure or associated with true patriotic allegiance or with real social purposes. And all the crises and reforms so occupied the people that they did not see the slow motion underneath, of the whole process of government growing more and more distant.". . . effectively being isolated from the American people and accountability to the Constitution! 

You may well be interested in noting the 'Constitution-Free Zones'  that parallel our national borders and in the name of security, have neutralized such Constitutional rights in these zones . . . which measure 100 miles inland from all of our borders! 

The States of Maine, almost all of New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, and Florida, and such border cities as Tucson, AZ (my current hometown), and most of the major U.S. cities along the coasts. What will be going on in these Constitution-Free Zones? Things that the Constitution is supposed to protect us from, no doubt.

If you believe in the Bible, or that abortion is wrong, if you’re against world government but for the Constitution; if you believe in prophecy and the last days and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ you could be considered by the Federal Government ‘a potential terrorist’? 

A report I've heard now from different sources over the years (the first in 1993), the U.S. government has ordered the manufacture and delivery of thousands of . . . guillotines?!? On an academic level this is rather interesting when one considers the primary method of execution in the last days of those who refuse their allegiance to the Beast, the son of perdition, is beheading:

REVELATION 20:4
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

At last count, apparently 30,000 of them and stored in warehouses in two different States, Montana and Georgia; they are ready for use. Likewise the DHS has ordered what amounts to nearly 1 billion rounds of hollow point bullets once the order is filled! (We covered some of this in another RED PILL article previously: KEEPING AN EYE ON THE EYE).

Guillotines and Bullets. Information about the actual production and preparation for use of guillotines can be confirmed. FEMA will be the 'top dog' of operations once Martial Law is declared at the national level. Listed in this article are internment/prison camps, state by state. There is a list of executive orders that have been put in place over the course of thirty years and can be activated at any time! 

~ So what do we make of all of this as Christians? As the disciples of Jesus Christ, how are we to respond to the potential threat of our way of life we have enjoyed as believers in God and His Holy Word, the Bible? As our LORD told us already:

MATTHEW 10:22,24–26,28
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. 24 The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord. 25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? 26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 28 And fear not them which kill the body but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

And again a couple verses down:

MATTHEW 10:32-33,38-39
32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

In most parts of the world, in most of the annals of history, Christianity has been opposed and many times violently so. The time we’ve enjoyed our civil liberties as Christians to live out our biblical faith appears to be drawing to a close; yet with liberty or not - we must continue to live our lives with fearless biblical faith.

 We have long known as followers of Jesus Christ that this whole world lies in wickedness (1 JOHN 5:19); that the ruler of this world is Satan (2 COR 4:4), and that any who would prefer friendship with this rebel planet of sin and defiance against the rightful rule of the KING of RIGHTEOUSNESS is at enmity with God (JAMES 4:4). The LORD loves the souls He has made and always seeks the lost and bring them to redemption through the LORD Jesus Christ. And He is utterly opposed to Satan and the kingdom of darkness, which all unsaved people belong to as children of darkness (EPH 5:8; 1 THESS 5:5).

It isn't any wonder, nor should we be surprised that as citizens of heaven, members of the kingdom of God, we are in 'enemy territory' and in a war against Satan and his kingdom just as the Captain of our Salvation fulfilled the final battle plans when He infiltrated this wicked world at His incarnation! It was a HOLY Crusade when He was born into this world and crushed Satan’s head! A victory that cannot be undone! 

Saints, we have a mission from the LORD and it is two-fold: WAR and PEACE is our mission - war upon Satan and all the principalities and powers in the form of spiritual warfare (EPH 6:10-18; prayer, sanctification, and the Gospel in delivering souls out of their destructive domain) and peace in offering to the lost souls the GOSPEL of PEACE (ROM 10:15; EPH 6:15) by which they can find peace with God (ROM 5:1-3).

We’re commanded, to "love our enemies" and to "do good to those that hate [us]" (MATT 5:44; LUKE 6:27). We must always remember that we are ambassadors of Christ to this world that hates us just as it hated our LORD and crucified Him. Our conduct should always reflect this holy office that our LORD has granted us. Ambassadors never deliver policies to the enemy that are contrary to the orders of their governments.

We are to do no less than deliver the Gospel message to our enemies and to conduct ourselves in accord to our native heavenly kingdom; to do anything less is dishonoring to our King in Whose Name we represent His Holy Kingdom.

I believe that this is the role every believer in this nation of ours is to play, (persecution will deliver from the church any so-called Christians and pretenders of the faith!). We are to follow the Holy Script that has been penned for us by our Divine Director; not ad-lib anything at all, but to stay true to words that we don’t need to premeditate, but rely upon the Holy Spirit to speak through us those words of truth (MARK 13:11)!

For too long too, too many American Christians have lived pampered and prosperous lives, growing comfortable in the world and becoming distracted, even lukewarm towards the LORD. Satan has used prosperity and ease to accomplish what he could not with persecution. But those few that are still faithful to the LORD, who have kept His Word and have not denied His Name, these are his primary targets now in this nation!

REVELATION 3:7-8
7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

I believe that the time has come that the church here in America will join the suffering and persecuted church the world over. Many of us have heard that the church in China is actually praying for persecution to come to America, that she might be cleansed of her impurities that would seek to rot the body from within! We need not fear pain, suffering, persecution, destitution, rejection or mockery . . . or blood and death; these are the very hallowed items of our heritage from the very birth of the church until now. Since they have done these very things to our King, how can we expect anything different?

JOHN 15:17-19
17 These things I command you, that ye love one another. 18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

I am reminded of the 19th century hymn written by James Russell Lowell:

Once to every man and nation, comes the moment to decide,
In the strife of truth with falsehood, for the good or evil side;
Some great cause, some great decision, offering each the bloom or blight,
And the choice goes by forever, ’twixt that darkness and that light.

By the light of burning martyrs, Christ, Thy bleeding feet we track,
Toiling up new Calv’ries ever with the cross that turns not back;
New occasions teach new duties, time makes ancient good uncouth,
They must upward still and onward, who would keep abreast of truth.

Though the cause of evil prosper, yet the truth alone is strong;
Though her portion be the scaffold, and upon the throne be wrong;
Yet that scaffold sways the future, and behind the dim unknown,
Standeth God within the shadow, keeping watch above His own.

We must rest assured that no matter what transpires in the days ahead, any wrong suffered by the saints of the living God, any injustice laid upon us, any pain or humiliation - nothing escapes the watchful eye of our LORD and for every ounce of suffering we endure, we shall obtain a ton of reward

2 CORINTHIANS 4:17
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

It has often been the gleeful mockery of tormentors and inquisitors who have had saints strapped down and with instruments of pain laid out at their disposal for such wicked devices of the diabolical sort to taunt the tormented with such words as these:

"If your God is so Almighty and if He is so loving as you claim, then surely He would do anything to save His child, which you also claim to be, from such things as you are about to suffer! Let us test this theory and see if God comes to your rescue!"

To which our reply should be:

"The test is not God's love for me, but my love for Him. As for His test, He already endured it and has won the victory. He has been to the cross already, He has suffered all of my sins and those of the entire world and their punishments at the Holy Judgment of God the Father. He has demonstrated such love for me in this, and now it is my turn to demonstrate my love for Him in these small sufferings which cannot compare at the heights of their anguish with the least of those that He suffered!"

We shall be brave in the name of Jesus Christ our LORD; we shall face whatever adversity that comes our way, stamped with approval by our heavenly Father Who knows all things and will work all things together for the good of those that love Him, to those who are the called according to His purpose (ROM 8:28). May we glorify our LORD and honor Him by such faithful and unswerving loyalty and devotion that He is worthy, so very worthy of, no matter how dark the hour may get, no matter how wicked the age in which we live may become.

So let us keep our eyes to the skies and not believe the lies, for the LORD JESUS CHRIST RETURNS SOON FROM ON HIGH! 

MARANATHA! EVEN SO, COME QUICKLY LORD JESUS! May the LORD GOD and our FATHER grant to us the grace sufficient for these things! In Jesus Christ's Most Holy Name we pray!
