"We see, in many a land, the proudest dynasties and tyrannies still crushing, with their mountain weight, every free motion of the Consciences and hearts of men. We see, on the other hand, the truest heroism for the right and the greatest devotion to the Truth in hearts that God has touched. We have a work to do, as great as our forefathers and, perhaps, far greater. The enemies of Truth are more numerous and subtle than ever and the needs of the Church are greater than at any preceding time. If we are not debtors to the present, then men were never debtors to their age and their time. Brethren, we are debtors to the hour in which we live. Oh, that we might stamp it with Truth and that God might help us to impress upon its wings some proof that it has not flown by neglected and unheeded." -- C.H. Spurgeon . . . "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:31, 32 . . . . .

E.T. = EXTRATERRESTRIAL TERRORISTS – PT 4

INTRODUCTION: After having examined the ideas and perspectives of the late Dr. Chuck Missler (founder of khouse.org) in Part 1 and then Dr. John Mack in Parts 2 and 3, we started to look at well-known astronomer Dr. Jacques Vallee and how his views vary greatly from Dr. Mack’s

Let the reader understand, that even though Dr. Vallee is a dedicated agnostic, his view of these extraterrestrials is far closer to my own as a biblical Christian. These are not your friendly E.T just wanting to “phone home” or a little green and wise guru from Dagobah.

They are super-intelligent, nefarious, deceptive beings with a definite objective that will prove inimical to humanity!

So now, we’ll continue with Dr. Vallee…

This interview between Dr. Vallee and the Sub Rosa is no longer available online but below we have a small excerpt (after the hyperlinks):

We do have a couple videos for your review (Note: We are NOT endorsing the ideas, beliefs and or dogma as presented in these videos. We provide them ONLY to bring awareness of the current thinking and beliefs about UFOs (UAP’s) in today’s world).

The complete interview of Dr. Jacque Vallee, Terrence McKenna, and Dr. John Mack (1Hr. 42 mins) Some of the comments made in this interview are VERY interesting from a biblical viewpoint and what the Bible says about these things seen as “good” by the world but are quite satanic in the biblical worldview.

Implications of UFO Phenomena (excerpt of the above interview) 8 mins 38 sec
SR = Interviewer from Sub Rosa; JV = Jacques Vallee

SR: What are your thoughts on the state of ufology in 2006?

JV: It’s a mess. There is valuable research going on, but it is carried out by individuals working with almost no financial or logistical resources.
The few scientists who are still actively involved are forming a new version of the old “Invisible College,” communicating privately to stay away from the sensationalism that has taken over the field
.

As for what remains of the organized groups, they are not disseminating information, conducting field research or encouraging critique and open debate. They are little more than lobbies for a particular point of view. This is a pity, because periods of low UFO activity like the current one present the best opportunity to do quiet research.

By centering the whole discussion of the phenomenon on highly-charged, but poorly-researched issues like Roswell and abductions, ufologists have lost credibility, alienated the scientific public and opened the floodgates to hundreds of Internet sites where the wildest rumors circulate. No wonder serious researchers are going underground!

SR: In the past couple of decades there has been a convergence of multiple strands of research, pointing at perhaps one common experience underlying shamanic experiences, UFO sightings and 'alien abductions', and Near Death Experiences.

Researchers such as Ken Ring, John Mack, and Rick Strassman have all come to conclusions that seem to parallel the 'Magonia hypothesis' somewhat (although Mack framed the idea in terms of Henry Corbin's 'Imaginal' world).

SR: Considering that you and John Keel 'pioneered' this line of thinking in the 1960s, do you find anything of interest in these more recent lines of research?

JV: John Mack spoke of “Passport to the Cosmos” rather than “Passport to Magonia:” He had difficulty letting go of the extraterrestrial context, but he was gradually becoming aware of the fact that the strict Ufological interpretation of abduction reports was too narrow. We have a long way to go in exploring the connections between high strangeness UFO reports and the parapsychological experience.
Dr. Vallee gave a five-point argument in a professional, scientific paper asserting why these beings and these craft are unlikely to be extra-terrestrial in origin:
1) Unexplained Close Encounters are far too numerous than required for a physical survey of the Earth.
2) The humanoid body structure of the alleged 'aliens' is not likely to have originated on another planet and is not biologically adapted for space travel.
3) The reported behavior in thousands of abduction reports contradicts the hypothesis of genetic or scientific experimentation on humans by an advanced race.
4) The extension of the phenomenon throughout recorded human history demonstrates that UFO's are not a contemporary phenomenon.
5) The apparent ability of UFO's to manipulate space and time suggests radically different and richer alternatives, three of which are proposed in outline form at the conclusion of this paper.

More information on Dr. Vallee's views are found in the web site known as The BLACK VAULT:
Jacques Vallee - The Black Vault Encyclopedia Project

In the mid-1960s, like many other UFO researchers, Vallee initially attempted to validate the popular extraterrestrial hypothesis. However, by 1969, his conclusions had changed, and he publicly stated that the ET hypothesis (or "ETH") was untenable.

Dr. Vallee began exploring the commonalities between UFOs, cults, religious movements, angels, ghosts, creature sightings [commonly known today as cryptids], and psychic phenomena.
These links were first detailed in Vallee's third UFO book, Passport to Magonia: From Folklore to Flying Saucers.

In 1988, Jacques and Janine Vallee went to South America to investigate the numerous reports of UFO-related fatalities and injuries (see the above link for information about this).

The results of their field investigations are documented in Vallee's book: Confrontations: A Scientist's Search for Alien Contact.

For example, in central Brazil, Vallee reports that at least five people are reported to have died "following close encounters with what were described as boxlike UFOs equipped with powerful light beams." Many victims were hunters who had climbed into jungle trees at night in order to wait for passing animals that they could shoot.

Instead, the hunters had themselves been hunted by "Chupas" (UFOs), which either injured or killed them using intense concentrated light beams. As Vallee reports, these Chupas "are said to make a humming sound like a refrigerator or a transformer."

Dr. Vallee proposes that there is a genuine UFO phenomenon, which is associated with a form of nonhuman consciousness that manipulates space and time. The phenomenon has been active throughout human history, and seems to masquerade in various forms to different cultures.

In his opinion, this group has a highly militaristic organizational hierarchy [Can someone say "principalities and powers" as in EPHESIANS 6:10-18?], which attempts to influence and guide human societal views*, by often relaying erroneous information to humans with whom they interact.

Vallee mentions in his books that many of the activities fit descriptions of demonic spirits and their activities in religious books such as the Bible, but he takes no position on whether the UFO entities are the same as biblical demons.

*It’s quite interesting that these beings are attempting (and with no small amount of success!) to "influence and guide human societal views".

Much of this influence resorts to the compulsion for a 'greener' conscience re: ecological views, other influences fall within the religious realm, and “…the 'oneness' of all, and of God (Whomever you deem Him/Her/It to be) which is monistic pantheism, a belief found predominantly in Hindu/Buddhist belief systems”.

How long will it be before these beings overtly support and promulgate the need for a one world government?

Everything I've looked at thus far, doesn't seem to address this particular point, but perhaps sometime in the near future such an endorsement, even a directive could be forth coming by our 'space brothers/celestial fathers' (?).

This web site offers some interesting propositions: (http://www.alienresistance.org/ufo_skeptics.htm)

To conclude this treatment of Dr. Vallee's work, the following link provides another interview (transcript) with him by 21st Century Radio, as well as links to many of his of his books:

SINISTER SECRET REVEALED?

Dr. Jacques Vallee has been a welcome guest several times on 21st Century Radio with Dr. Bob Hieronimus, when all of his books were reviewed in depth. Bob's son, Plato Hieronimus, joined him on the air to help interview Dr. Vallee about his book, Forbidden Science, which are Vallee's personal journals published by North Atlantic Books, revealing a unique perspective on the early years of UFO research. This interview was conducted in 1993.

Something that Dr. Vallee said in this interview perked my interest and curiosity. Here is what he told Dr. Hieronimus and his son Plato regarding something called 'The Pentacle Letter" or "The Pentacle Memorandum"; Dr. Valle was sorting and reorganizing Dr. J. Allen Hyneks files and scientific papers when he came across this letter:

Dr. Jacques Vallee: I feel more free to talk about this now, I did not feel free to talk about it in the book because the document had a secret stamp on it. My attorney and I were unable to determine whether it was still secret today. The document was dated 1953. However, it has now been released officially and so I don't feel now under any obligation to keep it secret anymore.
The document that I had, that I found in the files, was a carbon of a letter sent by an organization working under Project Stalk, which was in fact, Battelle Memorial Institute in Ohio which had been hired by the Air Force to do a very thorough, statistical investigation of the patterns in UFO sightings. Now, that investigation eventually was published as a very well-known report called Report 14. What struck me was that the letter, it was a 2 page, single spaced letter, which was very, very well written by someone who obviously was very, very familiar with the scientific method.

It explained what we already know by the way, that they were [Battelle at that time] doing a massive statistical study on UFO sightings. However, it also discloses two things that have never been disclosed before. First, they have found patterns in those sightings. They wanted to go on studying before any kind of scientific panel was convened. So they were telling the CIA to stop this top secret meeting of the five scientists. Now, when I read this, I almost fell from my chair. I mean, who were these people nobody had ever heard of before? They were actually telling the CIA to stop this top secret meeting of the five leading physicists in the land. Then (second) they, went on saying that they wanted to discuss what could and could not be told to those scientists…. from a historical point of view or from a Ufological point of view, that may or may not be significant. From a scientific point of view, it's amazing, I mean, science relies on the ability of researchers to get the data and if there is somebody who is in the background telling agencies of a government what can and cannot be told to the scientists who are hired to make an assessment of the potential threat to the security of the country... this is extraordinary. And they went on to say something even more extraordinary and more ominous, although it's really not a smoking gun.
But one of the paragraphs in the memo, in the Pentacle Letter, suggested before convening any panel, that they wanted to do a series of experiments, essentially to simulate UFO waves. This is not just putting cameras here and there and pointing them at the sky and seeing what percentage of balloons are going to be recorded, and what percentage of meteors or whatever. This is actually simulating, what they were suggesting was simulating an actual UFO wave.

And they said this would be on the scale of a secret military maneuver. So the question this raises is - this was 1953 - but was this actually done, and could this explain some of the more recent manipulations that we have been seeing in this field?
I don't have to tell you that this field is becoming more and more bizarre. And there are more and more rumors flying around and there are more and more planted stories. People are seeing very strange things that in many cases do not match what UFOs have been known to do in years past. And so the question of possible manipulation should be raised.

SIMULATED ASSAULT?

I have some questions of my own in this regard, namely, Is technology so sophisticated today, that aerial craft of 'above top secret' origin could pose as something that would appear 'extra-terrestrial' to the average person? Also, if it was the intention of the Power Elite to create a simulated wave of UFO's on a level of a secret military maneuver, did they accomplish this?

And if so, then would it not also seem feasible to create a simulated 'alien attack' to suit certain purposes (that I will get into later)?

How would such a simulated attack relate to what we see today as a 'war on terror'? Remember that this declaration of war on terror was the result of the horrendous, incredible tragedy of 9-11. Yet who was responsible for that attack? More and more evidences brought forth would seem to indicate that Islamic terrorists were blamed for this, while the true perpetrators remained unseen, and unconvicted. The government that achieved new levels of power, and the institution of various security agencies benefitted most from this event.

Recall your history in pre-Nazi Germany, when the Reichstag Federal building was burned down by Hitler and his men, yet blamed on the Communists in Germany. As a result of this tragedy, Hitler was granted autonomous powers, and further control over the populace.

Has history repeated itself? What's next, and how precisely will it transpire?
There have been some significant political and military personages that have mentioned the idea of an extra-terrestrial threat to our planet and how such would bring a unity, and a disregard for petty differences, in favor of confronting a shared danger with a sense of solidarity.

One such person was Ronald Reagan:
"I have spoken today of a vision and the obstacles to its realization. More than a century ago a young Frenchman, Alexis de Tocqueville, visited America. After that visit he predicted that the two great powers of the future world would be, on one hand, the United States, which would be built, as he said, "by the plowshare,'' and, on the other, Russia, which would go forward, again, as he said, "by the sword.'' Yet need it be so? Cannot swords be turned to plowshares? Can we and all nations not live in peace? In our obsession with antagonisms of the moment, we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. Perhaps we need some outside, universal threat to make us recognize this common bond. I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?"
UFO - Ronald Reagan's Alien speech at UN (0:29)

Another is Henry Kissinger, during a meeting of the Bildebergers (an international organization for globalism that operates similarly to the way that the CFR functions in the United States):
"Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened their very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with the world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by their world government.

"I can think of no faster way to unite the American people behind George W. Bush than a terrorist attack on an American target overseas. And I believe George W. Bush will quickly unite the American people through his foreign policy.”
-Henry Kissinger on CNBC, December 13, 2000

Bilderberg conference held in Evians, France, May 21, 1992.

It's long been the philosophy of the goblins to acquire power through this means:
"ordo ab chao" that is, from the chaos, build the Order which they themselves will manage.

Another leader that spoke of a confrontation by means of an alien attack was General Douglas MacArthur, when he spoke of an intergalactic war:
"You now face a new world, a world of change. We speak in strange terms, of harnessing the cosmic energy, of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy. The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets."
~ GENERAL DOUGLAS MacARTHUR - Oct. 8, 1955

Then seven years later, he said something similar:
"You now face a new world - a world of change. The thrust into outer space of the satellite, spheres and missiles marked the beginning of another epoch in the long story of mankind - the chapter of the space age. We speak in strange terms: of harnessing the cosmic energy ...of the primary target in war, no longer limited to the armed forces of an enemy, but instead to include his civil populations; of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy... "
~ GENERAL DOUGLAS MACARTHUR quote - United States Military Academy - May 12, 1962

Who else suggested the idea of an "artificial alien threat"? You might be surprised at the answer:

The propositional 'plan' to create an artificial extraterrestrial threat to the Earth was first mentioned by the Marxist, John Dewey.
"Someone remarked that the best way to unite all the nations on this globe would be an attack from some other planet. In the face of such an alien enemy, people would respond with a sense of their unity of interest and purpose." John Dewey, New York 1917.

We will continue with one more part to this series, and then some closing remarks by yours truly.
