ABDUCTIONS FOR PROFIT –The TERROR Of BEING TRAFFICKED – SECTION FOUR of FIVE

This section will deal with How To Help the Helpless:

We can all feel overwhelmed and powerless to confront this Tsunami of Sin and Avalanche of Evil, recognizing that we can’t do anything in our own power (that would bring any lasting effect). We therefore resort to the LORD for His strength, His power, His ability to affect this iniquity. We must begin with prayer, and in that place, receive from the LORD direction as to what we are to do afterwards. If we fail to resort to the LORD, we will fail and fall in little time!

Remember the old adage: “I can do many things after I have prayed, but I can do nothing until I have prayed”. In a separate series on TTUF, I’ve been doing a study in NEHEMIAH, and I’ve taken note that in hearing (and later seeing) the abject and total ruin of Jerusalem, this man of GOD had a singular response: he prayed to GOD!

Then he and those with him rolled up their sleeves and got to work by “the power of His might” (EPH 6:10). We must engage in this battle firstly on our knees, then use our hands, our feet, our hearts, ears, and eyes as instruments of righteousness for our Father’s use! We must go in the power of GOD so that we won’t become wearied and faint (ISA 40:28-31)!

You and I won’t be able to change this world, but by the grace of GOD you can change the world for a lost soul, a hurting human, a person terrified by being trafficked.

This is yet another example where we saints must attack this pandemic of perversion by intercessions and petitions before the very Throne of GOD!

The corrupt legal system has ensured that these children were taken from Apphia and delivered to Jesse Sr. at his parent's house in California - all of whom are confirmed abusers.

The tragedy is that this isn’t an isolated incidence. Under the veneer of our typical, American way of everyday life there lies a darkness that has overcome our nation (and this world) because people have turned from the Light, turned from truth, despised, and rejected the Gospel.
And Satan is never idle when a spiritual vacuum appears as a result of a people rejecting GOD; and we are witnessing the enemy coming in like a flood and must look to the LORD to raise up His standard to answer this darkness (ISA 59:19).

The Wicked Ways of “Hellywood.”

There was a time when television programming was family friendly; they wouldn’t even have a married couple in the same bed in a bedroom scene. Today is a far cry from that, where “freedom to love” has had unlimited access, even to underage children (in some nations) and believe it or not animals.

But the entertainment industry has gone farther than even this – and I’m not talking about what you can go see in the movie theaters, or Netflix or other platform. I’m talking about things that go on outside of the typical film stage. Film recordings of pornography (I recently re-watched the film, Sky Captain And the World Of Tomorrow, and in the extra features it was mentioned that they filmed the entire production in the midst of a major hub of porn studios – they showed the area on film and I was astounded at the number of buildings going from left to right, as far as the eye could see!), and child porn and for those who can afford to pay for these sort (hundreds of thousands of dollars), ‘snuff films’ where one of the ‘partners’ is snuffed at the end of the film!

Hellywood’s predilection for the perverse goes way back, to the beginning when ‘talkies’ (films with audio and audible dialogue) first came around.

And the profits made in the film industry today helps to preserve and protect these heinous productions – and so I must admit, personal purchase of movie tickets or online with Internet platforms like YouTube have been cut back almost totally.

One voice that has shouted out long and loud against the sexual exploitation of child actors is Corey Feldman – who had his day of popularity in the 80’s and 90’s along with his very best friend Corey Haim, who was more like a brother to him.

In 2020 Mr. Feldman produced his film My Truth:The Rape of 2 Coreys [from Wikipedia]. Watch the commentary between him and his interviewer in this video about his film:

“This documentary explores the friendship between Haim and Feldman and asserts that they were both sexually abused as children in the industry. Among those accused of these crimes is Charlie Sheen, Marty Weiss (a registered sex offender), Jon Grissom (convicted child molester) and Alphy Hoffman.

Mr. Feldman also wrote a book entitled Coreyography, 274 pages in hardcover, published by St. Martin’s Press.

According to one reviewer: 

“Coreyography explores the first hand experiences of a person forced into acting to support his family from a young age (3 years old); a person who suffers a tumultuous and abusive childhood; a person whose adolescence was filled with drug abuse and sexual assault; and a person who has dragged himself out of that hell to become a loving father and dedicated advocate for protecting children in Hollywood… it achieves what it sets out to achieve. It exposes the underbelly of Hollywood to expose the seedy, cockroach-infested area that no one wants to talk about.”

Check out this 9 minute video where Corey talks about his abuse, but also mentions how both “high executives” and “lower level employees” are responsible for assaults of this kind, and further Law Enforcement has stepped forward to protect these perpetrators! He also asserts that there were two attempts on his life, and is extremely reluctant to “name names” for fear of his and his son’s life!

Are we not living in days identical to those that Isaiah the prophet reported on?

ISAIAH 59:3-4,7-10,14-19
3 For your hands are defiled with blood, And your fingers with iniquity; Your lips have spoken lies, Your tongue has muttered perversity. 4 No one calls for justice, Nor does any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and speak lies; They conceive evil and bring forth iniquity.
7 Their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed innocent blood; Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; Wasting and destruction are in their paths. 8 The way of peace they have not known, And there is no justice in their ways; They have made themselves crooked paths; Whoever takes that way shall not know peace. 9 Therefore justice is far from us, Nor does righteousness overtake us; We look for light, but there is darkness! For brightness, but we walk in blackness! 10 We grope for the wall like the blind, And we grope as if we had no eyes; We stumble at noonday as at twilight; We are as dead men in desolate places.
14 Justice is turned back, And righteousness stands afar off; For truth is fallen in the street, And equity cannot enter. 15 So truth fails, And he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. Then the LORD saw it, and it displeased Him That there was no justice. 16 He saw that there was no man and wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; And His own righteousness, it sustained Him. 17 For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing and was clad with zeal as a cloak. 18 According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay. 19 So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.

Let’s talk about this “veneer” some more: SOUND Of FREEDOM portrays child trafficking that occurs as a result of pretense: a talent scout providing an opportunity for children to acquire fame and fortune, but are instead, trafficked and sold to pedophiles of various sorts.

Human trafficking happens right under our noses and goes unnoticed because of the veneer of “normal looking, every day people and activities”. Little children trafficked by their parents for a price are conditioned to believe that this is “normal” and after months and years of conditioning, they comply easily to their predators with never a word of protest. They honestly don’t know any different…

This is because of traffickers grooming the victim.

Our ability to detect such conditions will need to be supernaturally provided as discernment by the Holy Spirit. We may be confronted with a situation that looks perfectly OK, but we are nonetheless getting a “red alert” deep in our gut. At such times we must pray and seek for the LORD’s direction and follow through with that direction.

It may mean getting the make and license plate number of the vehicle that the suspect and victim drive away in or even a picture of the perpetrator (done discreetly of course) and making a phone call to Law enforcement.

It will require observing the presumed victim for these potential and specific signs that may OR MAY NOT be present:

1) Do they appear malnourished? Poor health, especially dental conditions.
2) Are they showing signs of physical abuse and injuries?
3) Are they avoiding eye contact, social interaction (especially with law enforcement)?
4) When addressed, do their answers seem scripted or rehearsed?
5) When asked, are they unable to provide identification?
6) Do they appear destitute/lacking personal possessions (a purse, a cell phone, a wallet, etc.)?
7) Do they have tattoos (or branding) on the neck or lower back?
8) Are you witnessing underage children working at an establishment (such as restaurant)?
9) The suspected victim is not allowed to go into the public alone or speak for themselves.
10) Can the suspected victim be seen entering into hotels/motels with older males who the victim refers to as “boyfriend” or “Daddy”?

And yet it’s not just about knowing these possible signs; it’s also about knowing the story. Because a trafficking victim might not exhibit any of these signs but appear completely normal.

“Chances are there’s going to be nothing visible, nothing that you can see from across the room, or even from up close, that should alert you that a stranger is being trafficked. That may come as a surprise – especially if you have been to a training where you have been taught the ‘signs’ or indicators of trafficking, such as a person looking disheveled, upset, or scared. But as we learn more about how trafficking really works, we are also learning that the best way to help is to pay attention to people you actually know or interact with – your students, your tenants, your children, your patients, your co-workers. It’s all about two magic words: context and proximity.”

Despite the denials, despite the bogus ‘proof’ to the contrary, human trafficking and specifically child trafficking is a reality, and it will soon outpace the drug trafficking industry (and these will often go hand in hand together) as the most lucrative enterprise with the greatest profits – reason being, once you use a purchased drug, it’s gone, but a child can and will be used as a sex toy repeatedly, as many as 3 to 5 times a day.

People imagine GOD to be an angry ogre sitting “up there” on His throne, eager to rain down fire and judgment on people. And yet for all the evils that are beginning to surface (from depths in which they’ve existed since the beginning of fallen human history), evils seen and known by the Holy GOD of all creation, the truth of His long suffering in refraining from “raining down fire and judgment” is a testament to His goodness and willingness to wait for people to come to repentance.

The COMPASSIONATE TRUTH ABOUT JUDGMENT

How much longer will GOD wait? I know that many, if not most biblical Christians are expecting this time to come to a close, soon!

In the meantime, the best way that we can help victims of trafficking is to keep our heads up, eyes open, spirit discerning by the Holy Spirit and be prepared to help in a practical way for the wounded that need a place to heal – and that would be in the arms of the LORD Jesus Christ.

Our job church is to see to it that they get there!
