Mr. Mullins begins his tale: “On the night of November 22, 1910, a group of newspaper reporters stood disconsolately in the railway station at Hoboken, New Jersey. They had just watched a delegation of the nation’s leading financiers leave the station on a secret mission. It would be years before they discovered what that mission was, and even then they would not understand that the history of the United States underwent a drastic change after that night in Hoboken.”
Those men proceeded to Jekyll Island, off the shore of Georgia, and there they hatched such a web of financial bondage, that if the people of America ever learned of, and believed its history, they would incite a revolution over night!
Among this group were bankers, financiers, and politicians: Senator Aldrich (mentioned in the video clip below) and his private secretary, Shelton; A. Piatt Andrew, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and Special Assistant of the National Monetary Commission; Frank Vanderlip, president of the National City Bank of New York, Henry P. Davison, senior partner of J.P. Morgan Company, and generally regarded as Morgan’s personal emissary; and Charles D. Norton, president of the Morgan-dominated First National Bank of New York. Joining the group was: Benjamin Strong, also known as a lieutenant of J.P. Morgan; and Paul Warburg, a recent immigrant from Germany who had joined the banking house of Kuhn, Loeb.

With such a monetary system of “fiat currency” in place, and gradually increasing in its interest rates, and production of more fiat currency, the inevitable outcome would be vast wealth for the private owners (constitutionally illegal) of this central bank (also constitutionally illegal), a total abrogation of the middle class, and bringing about abject poverty for the entire nation. A poor populace is far easier to control than a strong and healthy middle class. A poor populace will also find it far more difficult to reject a National Health Care system!
Eventually this will ensure a total collapse of our economy, and as this is tied to economies around the world, it will obviously have a profound effect on the global economy; this will justify an entirely new currency, and a new political infrastructure on a global scale. Yet first there must be regional progress . . .
I am speaking of a North American Union, and the new currency of the ‘Amero’.
ANOTHER PERFECT UNION?
There has been a precedent to such a progressive trend towards the regionalization of nations, and stripping them of their sovereignty. To understand our current situation, we have to examine the 20th century history of Europe.
After the nightmare that was World War II, a few heads of State got together and decided that they couldn’t afford to go through such an ordeal again. For Americans it was different: we still suffered great numbers of casualties, but we didn’t have our cities blasted into oblivion or see tanks trampling our neighborhoods, as Europe did.

“The European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) was a six-nation international organisation serving to unify Western Europe during the Cold War and create the foundation for European democracy and the modern-day developments of the European Union. The ECSC was the first organisation to be based on the principles of supra nationalism.
The means to do so, Europe's first supranational community, was formally established by the Treaty of Paris (1951), signed not only by France and West Germany, but also by Italy and the three Benelux states: Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Between these states the ECSC would create a common market for coal and steel. The ECSC was governed by a 'High Authority', checked by bodies representing governments, MPs and an independent judiciary.
“The ECSC was joined by two other similar communities in 1957, with whom it shared its membership and some institutions. At the web link above (Visiting Europe’s 20th Century History), you will note a time line diagram near the bottom of the article; note the Maastricht Treaty of ’92-’93, a pivotal point in Europe’s history that gave birth to the European Union.
It was at that point the member nations lost their sovereignty. In more recent times, Eastern European nations that were once a part of the old Soviet Union joined the E.U. only to discover that the two primary nations that dictated policy for this supranational organization, Germany and France, were little better at offering freedoms than the Socialist regime from which they broke away!
OH, WHAT A TANGLED WEB THEY WEAVE!

“When it comes to the facets of geopolitics the world has become a series of overlays like the transparencies our biology textbooks used to show us the overlapping systems of the body. In brief (and rather simplified) we see that E.F.T.A. (European Free Trade Association) developed into the European Common Market which in turn became the European Community, and from there, it went to the European Union.
Today here in America, there aren’t too many people who haven’t heard of N.A.F.T.A. which essentially is modeled (with some differences) after E.F.T.A. If we follow the same pattern as Europe, we should see signs of development concerning a North American Community, and from there to a North American Union, which will be every bit as Socialist as the E.U. is!
Even Henry Kissinger said, regarding N.A.F.T.A., "will represent the most creative step toward a new world order taken by any group of countries since the end of the Cold War. . . ." NAFTA "is not a conventional trade agreement," he asserted, "but the architecture of a new international system."

If you’re going to investigate the assertions of a globalized one world economy, you must take a look at two powers in the world today: The World Trade Organization (WTO) as well as General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).

”The World Trade Organization (WTO), the new "governing" structure [of GATT], was crafted at the end of the Uruguay Round negotiations [in the Fall of 1994] to organize and enforce this new system of limits on every nation's laws and policies. The new global agency was not in the original plans for the Uruguay Round when its terms of reference were agreed upon in 1986. The WTO was hatched to provide a global executive branch that would judge a country's compliance with the rules, enforce the rules with sanctions, and provide the legislative capacity to expand the rules in the future.
”The WTO gives the trade rules both a permanent organizational structure (powers that GATT did not have) and the kind of "legal personality" enjoyed by the U.N., the World Bank, and the I.M.F. Although Bill Clinton was president, both agreements passed into law through the efforts and with the blessings of Republicans as well as Democrats.
“But America has always traded with other countries, you say. What’s different about these trade agreements?
“The Constitution of 1787 gave Congress exclusive power to regulate commerce between the states and foreign countries. In general, it was a system of free trade between the states with tariffs – for revenue and to encourage or protect certain industries – imposed on foreign imports. Congress retained that power until 1934, when it enacted "The Trade Agreements Act" and relinquished constitutional prerogatives to the president, then Franklin Roosevelt.

SECRET PARTICIPATION in PERDITION?
S.P.P. (Security and Prosperity Partnership) is something crucial and necessary if the realization of a North American Union is to occur. Geoff Metcalf reports in his article, Security and Prosperity Partnership, and quotes Dr. Jerome Corsi:
“The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) was launched in March of 2005 as a trilateral effort to increase security and enhance prosperity among the United States, Canada and Mexico through greater cooperation and information sharing.” Or so says the web page. It is really the inevitable and promised expansion of NAFTA.
“Over 14 years ago I was among the more vocal critics warning of potential dire consequences that would and could result from NAFTA (and later from the GATT World Trade Organization).
“Frederick Douglas once said, ‘Find out just what people will submit to, and you have found out the exact amount of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them;’ and he wasn’t even aware of the details of NAFTA et al.”
The so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership is another warm and fuzzy sounding con job. As P.J. O’Rourke once observed, “It’s like giving alcohol and the car keys to a teenage boy.”
Like NAFTA and GATT, SPP proposes an illegal finesse of form over substance.
A treaty (and NAFTA, GATT and SPP are really treaties) requires a two-thirds vote of the U.S. Senate to be approved.
These smarmy ‘trade agreements’ ignore the constitutional mandates and claim to be ‘agreements’. Words have meaning and this is way more than a semantic two-step.

The unjust outsourcing of American jobs which were created here and thus denying Americans of good paying employment, along with the weakening of our national resources and economy is reason enough to get outraged at such organizations as the W.T.O. and G.A.T.T. but there’s more to the big picture than this.
CONCLUSION of CRISIS?
With the economies of the world being intermeshed and thus controlled by an oligarchy of Global Aristocracy which directs W.T.O. and G.A.T.T. and other organizations, we can see that where this is eventually leading is that very scenario as depicted in the book of Revelation:

And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. What this “mark” entails precisely is something many have conjectured about; it could very easily be the sort of RFID technology that we are hearing so much of (think: INFO PET). You can watch some video clips on this very subject here at T.T.U.F.
Whatever the mark is going to be, it will be the global means by which a one world government will control the masses; if you are politically incorrect and incorrigible then you will simply be removed from the system, and have no access to purchasing the necessities of life.
Ultimately, it will develop into an even more sinister method of control as expressed by the verses posted above, that unless you worship the Beast by swearing allegiance and receiving his mark, you will die, either by starvation or beheading (see: Revelation 20:4).
This is why we here at The TRUTH Under FIRE are writing such articles about these supposed ‘conspiracy theories’. We desire to WAKE UP THE BODY OF CHRIST, and bring to her a sense of urgency (not fear, or panic, or ‘doom and gloom’) and reality which the Bible has long portrayed in its pages of Truth, and to prepare ourselves for the coming of our LORD Jesus Christ, living holy lives and declaring to this lost world that the time indeed is short.
We adhere to the prophetic position of a ‘pre-70th week’ scenario in regards to the church and Israel; namely, we believe that the “fullness of the Gentiles” spoken of in ROMANS 11:25 (that is, when the church is completed [as the last soul receives salvation]) in accord with God’s foreknowledge, will inaugurate both the rapture and the last period of time prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, known as Daniel’s 70th week and the Time of Jacob’s Trouble (popularly known as ‘The Tribulation’).
Yet, while we believe the church will escape that time of judgment, which is reserved for all who reject the LORD Jesus, the Messiah of Israel (the nation of Israel, and all Gentile nations generally speaking), we may very well be present on the Earth during a time of one world governance which necessarily precedes the arrival of the Beast (see Daniel 7; esp. vs.8).
We may well endure a time of affliction and persecution here in the United States heretofore unknown by us American Christians, yet it is even now being experienced by our fellow believers elsewhere in the world.
Are you spiritually prepared for that eventuality?
Are you walking closer to the LORD this year, than last? closer to Him this month, than last? Will you endure such persecution for His sake?

Our earnest prayer and desire is that all of us, as believers of the LORD Jesus Christ will heed these signs, to watch and pray as our LORD commanded us (MARK 13:33; LUKE 21:36) understand the times in which we now live, and get serious about our relationships with the LORD, laying aside any affections and desires for the allurements of this fallen, sinful world; to live sanctified lives and share the words of eternal life with the lost all about us; to wait and watch for the return of our LORD, our blessed hope indeed!
