There are those who go so far
as to say that “being human isn’t illegal” and “If you’re against illegal
immigrants who only want a better life, then you’re not a Christian!”
No one questions the humanity
of illegals (at least they shouldn’t!!), and that’s not what immigration or
disallowing it is about. In fact, we have a law on the books that actually
denies the humanity of the unborn, making it legal to kill them.
So while some balk at an
illegal being detained at the border and turned away, many of these same people
don’t even blink an eye when human life is murdered in the womb.
I’d like to address the second statement head on. First of all, let’s take a look at what the United States Federal Law actually says (this is a long read):
FEDERAL LAW STATES:
U.S. laws regarding illegal immigration are primarily found in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which defines specific actions as federal crimes or civil violations with serious penalties, including fines, imprisonment, and deportation.
Key Laws and Offenses
The main federal statutes criminalizing actions related to unlawful presence in the U.S. include:
Improper Entry (8 U.S.C. § 1325): This law makes it a crime to enter or attempt to enter the U.S. at any time or place other than a designated port of entry, elude inspection, or obtain entry through willful misrepresentation.
Penalties: A first offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, imprisonment for up to six months, or both. A subsequent offense is a felony with imprisonment for up to two years, a fine, or both.
Reentry After Removal (8 U.S.C. § 1326): This law makes it a felony for an alien who has been deported, ordered removed, or denied admission to reenter, attempt to reenter, or be found in the U.S. without authorization.
Penalties: This crime is punishable by a maximum sentence of two years in prison, with higher penalties (up to 10 or 20 years) if the individual was previously removed after being convicted of certain serious crimes, such as an aggravated felony.
Bringing in and Harboring Certain Aliens (8 U.S.C. § 1324): This statute criminalizes actions such as bringing an unauthorized alien into the country, transporting, or harboring them within the U.S., or encouraging their unlawful entry, especially for financial gain.
Penalties: Violations can result in significant fines and imprisonment, with enhanced penalties for actions involving serious bodily injury, placing life in jeopardy, or resulting in death.
Unlawful Employment of Aliens (8 U.S.C. § 1324a): It is unlawful for any person or entity to knowingly hire, recruit, or continue to employ an alien who is not authorized to work in the U.S..
Penalties: Employers engaging in a "pattern or practice" of such violations can face civil penalties, fines, and up to six months imprisonment.
Consequences for Individuals
Migrants who try to enter or remain in the U.S. illegally may face a range of consequences, including:
Deportation/Removal: The primary enforcement mechanism is civil removal (deportation) proceedings, which aim to lawfully expel an individual from the U.S..
Inadmissibility: Individuals unlawfully present in the U.S. for more than 180 days can be barred from returning for three years; those present for one year or more face a ten-year bar.
Reentry without permission after accruing more than one year of unlawful presence results in permanent inadmissibility unless a waiver is granted.
Criminal Prosecution: Undocumented presence alone is a civil violation, not a criminal offense, but "illegal entry" and "illegal reentry" are federal crimes that can lead to criminal prosecution and jail time in addition to removal.

THE LAW OF THE
LAND
As Christians
we are to obey the laws of the land, not only where they apply to ourselves, to
our fellow Americans, but also for immigrants wanting to move to America. The
law expressed here is very clear – no ambiguity at all.
Before anyone
tries to say that I’m against immigrants, let me say I am a third generation American.
My grandparents came here just before Mussolini came to power in Italy. They
went through the immigration process and followed all of the required laws.
Some might even
suggest that I’m a racist. In point of fact, I help to pastor and love a congregation made up of primarily Mexican
saints!
I heartily welcome
immigrants of all nations who want to be a part of our America and will adopt the
views of our Constitutional Republic as their own. I applaud their endeavors to
become able contributors to our freedoms, enterprises, industry and society as
a whole (my grandparents were given very little to help them get a start in
their new life, but they didn’t expect any at all – just the opportunity to
work hard, succeed and prosper, which they did!).
WHY SECURED
BORDERS ARE NECESSARY
Your own body
has borders – your skin for example, a barrier that prohibits free radicals
from entering into your body that could cause harm. Your immune system is
another type of “border” that allows certain things in while taking out other
things. Borders preserve the intent of that which they surround and protect.
At the tower of
Babel, the world was one (GEN 11) – there were no borders, no distinctions
among people. There was a singular government and a singular religion. Due to
man’s sinful nature, GOD saw these as a bad thing – so bad in fact, that He
confused the people, inspiring a variety of languages that forced people into
groups (that could understand each other), and these groups formed nations (GEN
10). The idea of independent and separate nations was by GOD’s design! Why?
For many good
reasons, but one is so that He could choose from among us one that would father
“many nations” including Israel, and through that nation we have received the
Holy Scriptures (ROM 3:2) as well as the Messiah (MATT 1:1).
Another is that
by dividing the world into nations, any one or group of nations that “acted up”
in aggression, oppression, war, etc. could be put down by others. What would
the world be like if Hitler’s vision of the Third Reich was realized the world
over?
You might not
realize this but “a world without borders” (a one world system) is actually an
idea born of the occult and esoteric worlds (read that, Satan’s plan in reviving
Babylon in our day!).
Borders provide
distinction to nations and how their government, economy, culture (and
everything else) functions independently of other nations. Just like the way
you run your household is independent of the way your neighbor runs theirs).
This is why
multi-culturalism is actually a bad idea for any one nation. This is NOT to say
that subcultures should be disallowed necessarily (unless they are subversive
to the nation), but that the prevailing culture should be a unifying factor,
something that we all relate to and identify with – not something to divide and
segregate us.
I recall a
quote that was supposedly from John Wayne:
“If you call
yourself an Irish American, or an Italian American, or an African American –
you’ve divided yourself from the rest of us. We are all just Americans.”
For this
reason, a national language is also beneficial. As of March 2, 2025, the
official language of the USA is English.
There will be a
one world system enacted on this planet one day, but that will be initiated and
governed by the LORD Jesus Christ during His reign in the Millennium – Satan will no longer be ruling this world as he does now (2
COR 4:4), sinful conduct will not be tolerated then, peace and prosperity will
know their true fulfillment. The saints will rule alongside the LORD.
The only safe
hands to hold a one world government are nail-scarred.
YOU ARE NOT
ALLOWED IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD
You probably
are aware of the fact that only those who are born again will be able to see
and enter into the Kingdom of GOD:
JOHN 3:3,5
3 Jesus answered and said to him,
"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God."
5 Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of
water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Did you catch
the “cannot enter” part?
And then we
have these verses from REVELATION:

14 Blessed are those who do His
commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter
through the gates into the city. 15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers and
sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a
lie.

And anyone not found written in the Book
of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
So while
everyone has an invitation into the Kingdom of GOD (JOHN 7:37-39; REV 22:17),
not everyone is allowed! Only those so authorized will “enter through the gates
into the city” (New Jerusalem)! There is only ONE Way into the Kingdom and that’s
by the King!
Our heavenly
Father dwells in heaven and so if anyone wants to go to Him (and heaven where He
dwells), they must abide by the truth:
JOHN 14:6
Jesus said to him, "I am the way,
the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Suppose someone
wants to go to GOD and, or heaven by some other religion or belief system and
not the prescribed way of salvation? What’s the LORD’s view of these sort?
JOHN 10:1,7-9
"Most assuredly, I say to you, he
who does not enter the sheepfold by the door, but climbs up some other way, the
same is a thief and a robber.
7 Then Jesus said to them again,
"Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 "All who
ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9
"I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and will go in
and out and find pasture.
These sheep of
the LORD are members of the Kingdom of GOD via salvation in Christ as opposed
to the goats that are not going to enter into the Kingdom (MATT 25:31-34).
By the same
token, if anyone attempts to enter our country by any other means than “a designated port of entry, elude inspection, or obtain entry through
willful misrepresentation” is committing an unlawful act, and as with the
kingdom of GOD and New Jerusalem, are (or should be) disallowed to enter in.
WHO IS INTERESTED IN BORDERLESS NATIONS?
I previously mentioned that the occult world envisions
a unified globe under the leading of “the Teacher” – as they are so named in
the Theosophical Society. You and I know him as the Beast of Revelation.
But globalism is also the objective of Communism and
International Bankers. Islam as well. And Human Traffickers. None of these
entities want sovereign, independent and secure nations. They are against
freedom and lawful policies.
Since the securing of our borders illegal immigration
has plummeted in the long term by 95%. Illegal drugs have also diminished
dramatically (death by fentanyl has gone down by 34%). The last objective that
needs our immediate attention is human/child trafficking which for all of the
capture of criminals and release of victims, is still growing at an alarming rate!
So by deteriorating our national identity, our traditional
American values that reflects the Judeo-Christian ethic, by inundating our
society with sexual liberation, drug culture, blurring of the sexes, promoting
evolution in our schools, and Marxist ideologies in our Universities, marring families
and their GOD-ordained roles, as well as standing against the Bible wherever
and whenever possible (Cultural Marxism is
the driving force behind all of this), our foundation is being eroded away, and
if the foundation is destroyed, what can the righteous do (PSA 11:3)?
For this reason, the Democrat Party is vehement about
bringing in illegal aliens, and under the Biden administration over 10 million
breezed right by our borders. They hope that this will bolster their
constituencies and acquire more votes to keep them in power. But not only do Far
Left Democrats (Marxist Socialists that have invaded that party by the droves after
the days of JFK) want Socialism to cover the globe, but Islamicists want their
Caliphate to dominate the world, having their eyes on America to subjugate us
the way they’re working on England and France (it seems however that Germany
and Italy are starting to wake up and stand against this Muslim tide). And
International Bankers and Oligarchs want a two-tier global society: the ruling
class (them) and peasants (the rest of us). All made possible by the erosion of
sovereign nations, particularly America.
IS THE NEW WORLD ORDER STILL A THING?
It’s called Global Governance now, but yes – it’s still
a thing. We are seeing the Progressive Movement (both its political and religious
aspects) marching relentlessly towards its ultimate goal where a One World
Government, a One World Economy and a One World Religion are all intertwined
and “a world without borders” is realized. That will end national sovereignty,
our own Constitutional Republic and our rights as Americans.
The New World Order As Found in Revelation 13.
What I oppose as a disciple of Christ as well as a
Constitution-loving American is the push that Progressives are afflicting on
all people – inevitably leading us into a world that will be subjugated to the antichrist. How do I know this?
Any cursory examination of Progressive Christianity and Progressive (essentially Socialism) politics is unbiblical as well; this reveals that
they oppose virtually everything that the Bible stands for. They are literally
preparing the way for the Beast (knowingly or not), who will be granted power
by the ruling elite (REV 17:12-13)! The number one target of Progressives?
Biblical Universities, churches and Christians.
As an American I understand that the ONLY HOPE for our
nation is not political reform, economic prosperity, the reinstitution of the
nuclear family and biblical marriage, but rather the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
If the tipping point is reached and a significant
number of us Americans were to receive Christ as LORD and Savior, this could
literally turn the tide (at least for now - we know what the Last Days looks
like, we just don’t have the exact timetable) and forestall the evil
advancement of The Agenda that is in place
and striving for the finish line. Yet if you examine Scripture, GOD always made
a way for His people to be restored, if they would only turn back to Him (2
CHRON 7:14).

IMMIGRATION POLICY
I think there is room for improvement in how we bring
immigrants into the country. The process could be streamlined, made more user
friendly, and not so costly. Part of the reason it’s been made so difficult (I
believe) is that Democrats made it so with bureaucratic red tape – in order to
promote the easier path – illegal immigration.
At the same time, anything worthwhile will take time,
commitment, investment and a willingness to comply with whatever is necessary
in order to achieve one’s objective.
I also strongly believe that scrutiny of immigrants soliciting
entry needs to be sharper. Increased investigative policies need to be enforced
so as to disallow people with criminal records and/or insanity. Too many
American citizens have been raped, beaten, killed by illegal aliens. And if any
come into our nation and start a criminal career or incite violence – including
the violent takeover of America, they should be immediately deported without
any chance for reentry.
We are a nation that expresses freedom of speech, freedom
of expression, freedom of assembly and freedom of religion. Needless to say, we
value our freedom! But part of what it means to be a sovereign American is
this:
My freedom ends where they will infringe on those of
others! And this flies in the face of Islam that’s intent on having all the
world submit to Allah. For those who take the Quran literally, and chant “death
to America” and declare “America will become a Muslim nation” are in violation
of our Constitutional Republic and our sovereignty as a nation and ourselves. For
this reason I believe that any and all Muslims who hold to such convictions as
dictated by the Quran, who are unwilling to assimilate into our culture, should
be deported without any chance for reentry.
This is especially true of the charade taking place in Minnesota (and likely other places) where tax fraud isn’t
just rampant, its pandemic. The Somalian people that are guilty of such fraud
should be deported (not imprisoned and provided for at the tax payers expense).
