"We see, in many a land, the proudest dynasties and tyrannies still crushing, with their mountain weight, every free motion of the Consciences and hearts of men. We see, on the other hand, the truest heroism for the right and the greatest devotion to the Truth in hearts that God has touched. We have a work to do, as great as our forefathers and, perhaps, far greater. The enemies of Truth are more numerous and subtle than ever and the needs of the Church are greater than at any preceding time. If we are not debtors to the present, then men were never debtors to their age and their time. Brethren, we are debtors to the hour in which we live. Oh, that we might stamp it with Truth and that God might help us to impress upon its wings some proof that it has not flown by neglected and unheeded." -- C.H. Spurgeon . . . "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:31, 32

NEW WORLD ORDER: FACT OR FICTION?

By: A.M. Kisly

As we watch cataclysmal decisions being made through our world governments and the destructive events happening in our nation, as well as the nations of the world, we are certain that this is the unveiling of what the prophecies of the Bible foretold. It is the coming “New World Order”.

There are many skeptics who would declare that this is a crazy idea. There are those who would say that this view is a conspiracists' view. Many in the main-stream news media classify those who believe in end-times Bible prophecy as “doomsayers” or those nuts wearing “aluminum foil deflector beanies”.

The question is, is this fact or fiction? Well, I think that we would all agree that facts speak for themselves.

The proof of the coming of a New World Order has already been abundantly documented in a variety of sources which include: the Holy Scriptures, Religious Systems, National and World Systems, Secular Sources, Current World Events, Technology, and even the News media.

In fact, more is being written and published about it today than at any other time in history.

As we read in the in the book of Daniel from chapter 7, Daniel describes the visions he had, laying upon his bed, of four beasts. The characteristics of these animals match the four nations they represent, the four great empires of the world.

Verses 1-7

“In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters. Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.”

“The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.”

The “Lion” is commonly referred to as the “king of beasts”. It represents the greatest of these nations, Babylon. From chapter two of Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar’s image was with the head of gold. The “wings being plucked” show the conquest stopped and Babylon destined to be conquered. The “man’s heart” being given to this animal and its standing as a man, shows that this refers to a man and not a beast.
(Taken from End Times – Exposition of Daniel and Revelation, R.R. Howe, Th.D.)

“And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.”

This second beast is described as a “Bear”. Though the “Bear” is inferior in some ways to the “Lion”, it was strong enough to conquer the country that the “Lion” represented. The strength of a bear is in its forepaws and front legs. This shows the dual empire of the Medes and Persians. Like the two arms of the image of chapter two made of silver, this “Bear” was ponderous and less regal or pompous than the previous Babylonian Empire. Xeres used two and a half million fighting men in his conquest of Greece, and did “devour much flesh.” Later, in chapter eight, we will see this caused the rising king of Greece to have great anger, or “choler” against Persia. Some think the bones in the bear’s mouth represent its conquest of Egypt, Lydia and Babylon.
(Taken from End Times – Exposition of Daniel and Revelation, R.R. Howe, Th.D.)

“After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.”

History reveals how well the third beast represented the Grecian Empire and its first emperor, Alexander the Great. The four wings (twice as many as the Lion) on the leopard’s back just add to the swiftness of this fastest of animals. At the age of almost 33 years, Alexander had conquered most of the civilized world, but he could not conquer his own appetite for alcoholic beverages. After his conquest of Tyre his cruelty and debauchery seemed to increase.
(Taken from End Times – Exposition of Daniel and Revelation, R.R. Howe, Th.D.)

“After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.”

The seventh verse gives the largest description of the fourth beast, “Dreadful, terrible, exceeding strong with great iron teeth” and diverse from all other beasts.” These are terms used to describe the fourth world empire, Rome. The Roman armies were noted for their crushing of all resistance, and for their extreme cruelty meted on their prisoners and subjects. They stamped out all resistance with an iron rule, which corresponds to the iron legs of the statue in chapter two. Even though ten toes are not mentioned as being on the statue, we see ten horns on this strange beast.
(Taken from End Times – Exposition of Daniel and Revelation, R.R. Howe, Th.D.)

“I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.”

Out of these ten horns we see the additional factor that the “little horn” comes out of the ten horns. This deals with a ten-nation confederacy, as horns are used to depict nations or powers. (Sound familiar?) In Revelation 13 and 17, we see the countries and kings that give power to the World Dictator, the Beast of the end times.

These should be considered as literal prophecy, since this has not yet happened. If the predictions of Daniel were so accurately fulfilled up to the present time, should not one conclude that these prophecies will also have their fulfillment?

Many Bible Scholars have studied this in depth and agree that these are the 4 Great World Empires from the time of Daniel until the time of the Roman Empire.

It is an interesting fact that the Bible mentions the risings and the dramatic falls of all the Great Empires except for the Roman Empire. Some have concluded that this could be that the fifth and final Empire will arise from the Roman Empire, others disagree.

Let’s take a look at some examples from non-biblical perspectives.

John F. Kennedy in a speech given to the press said, "We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and RUTHLESS CONSPIRACY that relies primarily on covet means, for expanding it's sphere of influence, on infiltration, instead of invasion, on subversion, instead of elections, on intimidation, instead of free choice, on guerillas by night, instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific, and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published, its mistakes are buried, not headlined, its dissent is silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, and no secret is revealed."

The coming of the New World Order was announced by President George Bush Sr. He heralded the coming New World Order twice in a speech he gave during the Desert Storm campaign in March of 1991.

President Clinton's mentor, Professor Carroll Quigley, has been another who has proclaimed the coming of a New World Order. Indeed he has come right out in the open with details of the plan and how it will be brought into being. Quigley has written a book in which he tells us all about it. The title of the book is, "Tragedy and Hope". It was published back in 1975.

The following quotes were taken from an article written by Richard N. Haass, President, Council on Foreign Relations.

Sovereignty and globalization
:
“…sovereignty must be redefined if states are to cope with globalization.”
“At its core, globalization entails the increasing volume, velocity and importance of flows within and across borders of people, ideas, greenhouse gases, goods, dollars, drugs, viruses, emails, weapons, and a good deal else, challenging one of sovereignty’s fundamental principles: the ability to control what crosses borders in either direction.”

“Sovereign states increasingly measure their vulnerability not to one another, but to forces beyond their control.”

“Globalization thus implies that sovereignty is not only becoming weaker in reality, but that it needs to become weaker. States would be wise to weaken sovereignty in order to protect themselves, because they cannot insulate themselves from what goes on elsewhere. Sovereignty is no longer a sanctuary.”

“The goal should be to redefine sovereignty for the era of globalization, to find a balance between a world of fully sovereign states and an international system of either world government or anarchy.”

“The basic idea of sovereignty, which still provides a useful constraint on violence between states, needs to be preserved. But the concept needs to be adapted to a world in which the main challenges to order come from what global forces do to states and what governments do to their citizens, rather than from what states do to one another.”

Gordon Brown, Great Britain’s Prime Minister stated, "This is the day that the world came together to fight back against the global recession, not with words, but with a plan for global recovery and for reform and with a clear timetable for its delivery."

"A new world financial order has been born, almost by accident, because of this crisis," one cabinet minister said. "These bodies have been revamped; now they need to raise their game."

Even as far back World War II, there have been fanciful visions of a New World Order. In 1942, a full colorful map was discovered in a store window, marking out new global bio-regions that are actually named.

Look at this New World Order map below.

The New World Order Map (1942)

National borders are beginning to fade away as NAFTA redefines boundaries for us. Have you heard about The “North American Union” agenda? It is the coming merger with Mexico and Canada and the United States of America?

President Bush pursued this globalist agenda during his presidency and all behind the backs of the American people.

Though it has not yet come into fruition, President Obama has every intention to pursue the same agenda by abrogating U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity.

Our borders are indeed being redefined for us against the will of the American people and virtually ignoring the laws of the land! Now go back and take a good look at that 1942 map.

THE NEW WORLD ORDER: FACT OR FICTION?

I say fact! What say you?

I would encourage our readers to study end-times prophecy as found in the books of Daniel and Revelations. There is much more to come!

(Because of the growing length of this article, we will continue this conversation in future articles.)

As one who has researched and studied this phenomena for 16 years, starting out as a partial skeptic, but quickly realizing its validity, I can say that this is a very excellent start in the series proposed by Annie Kisly, and I can coroborate everything she's brought up as being FACT. For any that would want to research this for themselves, I can recommend the books by A.R. Epperson: The Unseen Hand, The New World Order and Masonry: Conspiracy Against Christianity. Also any books by Professor Antony Sutton, and Dr. Dennis Cuddy.
